My E Mail to Jeffery... I currently have IDCN stock which I have been holding since you were going to sell at .37 which never happened. I would like to know exactly how does this spin off effect my holdings with IDCN. When are you going to start doing something about selling some of this gold? Why are you going to set up a separate gas selling effort that will not benefit IDCN holders? The holders are supporting your activities that you are using for other things that, in the long run, does not seem to be advantageous to the current holders. Will IDCN be the owner of the 50% of the new company? What's going on? WFHSR
