Just wondering:

From Help on Filtering - " ... the "(Ignore)" link that is displayed after the poster's alias on the "From:" line. This Ignore link is on all individual message screens, as well as on each message in the multiple message screen." I think you may be talking about the link on the screen that can be clicked on to flag a particular poster as a poster to ignore. Is it possible that this is what you are seeing?

Once so flagged, that posters new message shows as "Ignored" without message text.
