IRTG --- news which may help ..... According to ''The Auction Book: 1999 Guide to Online Auctions,'' there are more than 300 online auction sites open for business. Internet market research firm Jupiter Communications has reported that in 1998, online shoppers purchased more than $461 million in merchandise from auction sites, and projects the online auction market to grow to 6.5 million purchasers spending $3.2 billion on Internet-auctioned merchandise by 2002.
