Gorden- Good point on why he would gift the shares at such a low price. We also must remember that Singh was replaced by Ed Covell "effective immediatley" about a mnoth ago. Check the news. What did that signal for me. First, I thought it was the routine transition that a company undergoes, from entreprenuer / scientist to a professional. However, could health have been the real reason. I am just thinking that Singh might have made these "gifts" to his family because he is doing his estate planning. With replacement by ed Covell that could also be a realistic possibility. What I am trying to point out is that there are tons of things that could have happened. We won't know his reasoning, ever. Took advantage and bought more at the lows. As Always, Art
