Not only am I a Smiter, I am even a Rabid Dog Smiter! News for everyone: we now have the transcript of the Wednesday session of the January/February hearings. The witnesses examined that day were: Mike Sylver, Kenneth Slater (from the back office at Wall Street Financial), Gary Sylver, Robert Quiel, and Murray Epstein. There is much material that is of potential use for what Cindy would call Smiting Purposes. Especially interesting are Gary Sylver's contradictions of his son's earlier testimony. I still haven't read all of it, and so won't be posting anything for another hour or so. But it's worth waiting for...
