Interactive Telesis Announces Schedule of Process to Become a Fully Reporting Issuer and Appointment of Pannell Kerr Forster as Auditors
SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 9, 1999--Interactive Telesis Inc. (ITI) (OTCBB:TSIS - news), a leader in interactive corporate communications, today announced its schedule for becoming a fully reporting issuer and the appointment of its new auditors, the international accounting firm, Pannell Kerr Forster (PKF).
PKF have been selected due to their internationally recognized reputation as independent auditors and business consultants. PKF have been retained to audit the company's financial statements for the period ending July 31, 1999, and to review the company's audited financial statements for the period ending July 31, 1998, with respect to U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP).
In a process begun earlier this year, ITI will file application October, 1999, with the SEC to become a fully reporting issuer. ITI must wait until then as a result of an SEC requirement to include audited financial statements of the latest two operating years along with the filing of this Form 10 process. This means that ITI's audited financial statements for July 31, 1998, and July 31, 1999, under US GAAP compliance will be included with said filing.
