On the lawsuit verdict:

Notice that --

" The jury also concluded that General Scanning's infringement was willful. A finding of willfulness gives the court the authority to increase the damages up to three times. "

Either GSLI going to have to come up with some $$$$ or fork over
some segment of there businesses to ESIO.

Remember that the 2nd lawsuit is still pending.
