This is classic Wall Street/Mo over-reaction. I completely understand why this is happening, and long term, it is a good buying opp. Everything on the call and in the reports this morn point to stronger demand, increasing margins, robust product pipeline, sector diversification, more customers, more CMOS etc. etc. etc.
There are two parts to a book-bill. The company is booking just as much as ever, but the bill part is increasing due to faster lead times. This is a good thing!!! I'd rather get the product out the door, get paid, and move on than wait for longer paybacks on my investments. WS doesn't like lack of visibility, so it sells. Sometimes I'm so embarrassed by this crowd.
ALmost every report this morning raised estimates and raised price targets. VTSS is selling into some of the hottest sectors around (DWDM, Fibre, GE, high end SONET) and sees no slow down in site. Sorry, I just don't see what the problem is.
