Thanks for DLIA Mr. Pink. Do you think this situation is analogous to what happened to ZD before, and now after, their splitting off their internet business? The stock seems to have crashed after running in anticipation of the IPO. Within a couple of days the market cap on the IPO exceeded that of ZD which maintained 85% (I think)ownership.

Think this might be a good scenario to look for?

BTW, my wife used to buy a lot from the Delia catalog and web site for my 14 year old daughter. But they stopped as the quality basically sucked. Now they get the catalogs, but my daughter just uses them to "window shop". According to my wife this is happening quite a bit in our area, according to the "girl talk". Maybe they hit their peak in sales if past customers stop buying?
