while I agree with you on most of what you said.. the worst is NOT over for Japan.... massive debt massive overcapacity no ROE no ROI too much staff ineffective government, ruled by bureaucrats... more money getting pumped in "dubious spending programs"... See this month's forbes for an idea.... don't count on Japan for another 3-5 year IMO take care Jean
