Thank you... Actually I'm not sold on 56kbps modems from any vendor at the present time. I have an ISDN connection with 2B channels. The next upgrade for me is a higher form of xDSL.

LU will only produce the chipsets... these chipsets will be used by the ASND's, CSCO's, Paradyne's, ... and 400 other companies. Good luck in USRX and LU.
