World catching up to last weeks Russia news. . . . EGRP, AMTD and SIEB all turned positive, others still negative. . . .DOW down sharply, Nasdaq watched for a while and now could care less and is moving in positive direction, like a sort of thumbing of the nose of the bear by the bull.
