<< Ah, yes, I see in your posts how much of the rights of innocence until proven guilty you give Milosovic! >>

I have never said that the slob, Milosevic has violated International Law.

I don't know what laws this monster has violated. He has taken the beautiful country of Yugoslavia and turned it into a terrorist state for his own personal gain. He is less than human.

Why does the slob, Milosevic decide to use cruelty instead of kindness? Why would he rather send Serbian sons into battle instead of into higher education or service to the people of Yugoslavia.

First, he has got to be corrupt morally. Second, he doesn't have the talents and abilities to run a country based on individual freedom and enterprise. Third, he might be the type that just enjoys seeing others suffer.

But, the last thing I worry about is whether or not the slob, Milosevic violated some obscure chapter in some obscure law book. I just hope and pray that this less than human monster is destroyed quickly and doesn't have a chance to spend his live causing misery to others.
