I got the investor's package without financials or Business Plan, which they said will be sent within a week or so. They also indicated they had raised $2 Millions to get started and will need additional financing in the short term.
While I like the type of business they are in, the fact they have 12 Millions shares outstanding, times $7.62, puts a rather nifty valuation of some $91.5 Millions on a business that has not yet started to earn a penny.
They sound like nice people and they probably have a great future, but, I don't think it's fair to recommend them yet on the basis of what I/we know. If I don't feel like putting my own money into a stock, then I can't honestly recommend it.
Obviously, I may be wrong and I am quite willing to change the present opinion after receiving the promised paper work. I did invest in ZICA with hardly any more information, but then the price was a lot lower.
Please, keep posting on that one: it's on the serious watch list.
