Matt, I agree. If you are going to buy, plan on holding for a while. If you do, you will do well. First Call has the BOCI doing .56 a share at a PE of 20, that is a stock price of 11.20. A PE of 25 puts the stock at 14. I don't know why it keeps going down into the 7's. Basically because they gave a general earnings estimate of .03 a share for last quarter back in January. I am in at 9.20 and I felt as you do now. Personally, I believe this stock is down because of no news. Let me know if you buy or don't buy and why. Good luck.
