Larry,

The response in our markets to Yeltsin's negative comments has brought the DOW down about 90 points, which really is not that much.
It appears that many are still discounting the troubles over there, and they could be correct in that this thing will just blow over and
have no real effect on us. As I am typing the DOW is rallying a little.

This is type of exuberance that I was speaking about in my previous update that is getting me a bit nervous. I dont think it will happen, but itwould not surprise me if this market was to explode to the upside. But if it does explode to the upside that could be actually bad for the market, since that could exaggerate the downside potential. You know - that RUBBERBAND theory. Yes, Yes, Yes, I know some BULLs will think that comment is rediculous.

Getting back to Yeltsin's comment. There that old saying that a major world event happens every 50 years. Im not saying that this will turn into such an event, but it can make one think. Sorry for the doom and gloom. YING-YANG is out of wack.
