Headquartered in New York City, Phase2Media Inc. is an interactive ad rep firm focused specifically on the Internet. Lead by veteran online and advertising executives and with an experienced ad sales staff, the company will launch its business in the spring of 1999. So does this mean all the Enhanced/Zulu execs and sales staff have fled the scene as well? Chmeil and company?
