This is my story and I am sticking to it. Stephen,the reason for Smith Barney's less than genuine rating on Dell could be the result of many and varied reasons which could be summed up in a nutshell- VESTED INTERESTS. Same goes for Prudential's 'strong buy', Goldman's 'Buy' and the like. It is not like these guys are running a racket on the level.I believe everyone of them has an agenda behind their 'call' irrespective of their ratings on any company. Call me 'paranoid' but that is my story and I am sticking to it.<vbg>
