brees, Another feather for Clinton's legacy is that he may trigger another arms race in Europe. Everyone can see that without nuclear weapons, any nation could face intimidation by NATO or the United States. However, Clinton not only seems willing to bomb nations that can't shoot back, but assists nations like China in getting advanced technology in launching ICMBs and MIRV vehichles. The message is clear. If you have nuclear weapons, nobody can mess with you. A new arms race is going to be upon us because of Clinton's failed foreign policy. -John
