Yes I can confirm that. 4 million special warrants at $3.15. Proceeds to 'fund acquisitions and implement e-commerce initiative'. This represents about 10% dilution only and GTR's now impressive cash backing differentiates it from a lot of micky mouse wannabee e-commerce stocks. Someone mentioned another press release. Has anyone seen it?
