Sorry I didn't make my point clear. No, Bloomberg was a victim of the scam. It might have reacted somewhat faster but I don't know the details. My view is that the Yahoos and Lycos's and others hide behind the "free press" mantra and seem to oppose any form of possible regulation. I don't know the answers, Jim, except that caveat emptor is more than a couple of old latin words.
