Is Proteon currently buying its own stock? This was mentioned
in the past as a possibility. I have noticed that sometimes when tech companies in the Boston area have money and are turning it around, they start hiring (re-hiring) r and d people. Proteon does not seem to be doing this.

I have bought some PTON, with the idea that, because
of their cash, they can't go much lower, and there is the potential
to go up substantially (percentage wise). I would prefer that
they keep the cash and not buy stock back.
