Farokh, you were very close. TGLO does it first. But XMCM is the better company, and it has completed its secondary at $66 as of today. The earning numbers should be stellar, and BEST will be coming out with at least a reiteration of buy rating, probably a "Strong Buy" in light of the valuation discrepancy with GCTY and TGLO.
