GTR will have about 40M shares issued and around 43M fully diluted. You $10 idea is not exorbitant. With a $400M market cap GTR will need revenues to be running about double the rate of its last quarter - which I think it can do. This issue could raise some $22M in cash for them and revenues, at this time, can be cheaply bought in the fragmented reissued video game market.
