Hi Scott,

Way to be on top of things.

It appears to only be a filing technically transferring the shares to AT&T as part of their takeover of TCI.

I didn't see anything surprising in there.

It is nice to know that there is money available to do anything necessary due to "T's' involvement.

TCI was always careful with their money because of what it cost them having to issue junk bonds.

Also hearing that the bankruptcy papers are all but signed, sealed, and delivered.

If everything is prearranged with a buyer, we could see something happen very quickly.
