I don't what company is doing now but looking at
historical shares outstanding, there number
has not gone down significantly. What I'd like
to see is shares outstanding decrease by at least 2 to
3 percent a yr. At current market value, the MO needs to
spend ~850 million to retire one percent of stock.
A small dividend increase just to make people notice
ther yield would be nice but bulk of cash should be
spent on share buyback IMHO.
