Having nukes didn't protect Israel or the U.S. from attack. The things are useless except against nonnuclear countries. Anyone who attacks a nonnuclear signatory of the Antiproliferation Pact will be exterminated. The things are useless for defense except in quantity 10,000 and they have done USSR or USA little good. We could raise much more hell if we spent the money on real usable weapons.
