First,the news of the SEC approving their VTS system,such that the Philadelphia stock exchange could put it into operation,is important,and is what first drove the stock. Basically,I see the company as at the core a small group of software programmers that have been developing hoped for valuable financial service software---I consider the rumor that a deal with E-Trade or Ameritrade will happen is in the realm of real possibility--also they have three web-sites and one Gomez.com is likely to be spun-off-- here is there web-site ashtontechgroup.com ,I suggest you surf it--in very generalized terms this company falls into the PQT category. I think any news could drive it to 7,and some people have much wilder views on where it will go---I now have 6k shares in this one.
