Since the spin-off date hasn't officially been announced, we won't receive any shares till then. You will keep all your TNRG shares and receive a dividend of 1 TIPS share for every 4 TNRG shares. That's money in the bank considering TIPS is currently trading at $5.00. As I understand it, the TIPS float is around 5 million which gives it plenty of room to run. GW
