Which chipset? From what I've seen, as long as they do draw every frame and don't skip any, whitney is about 10fps on quake3.

...every video chipset that comes out in the next little while will be more than capable of belting out Quake3 at healthy frame rates. We are apporaching a point in time where there is no more performance to gain from pushing pixels around on the screen.
