PRTL is looking strong. After looking at the charts PRTL looked slumpy for almost another month, this may be renewed rumor of a takeover, last rumor like this had the stock at 30 quick. Warning, buyout rumors sometimes are unrealistic but with Primus at 9 this AM and almost 3 more companies under it's belt since last time it hit 30-share. We may see a serious move at any time. I know I personaly would think it over, a buyout with their plans management and setup worldwide, great possibilities. Primus knows it's sector, proving this by taking over the telco's and the internet startups at discounts! This is the right plan. Great job Primus management. Bruce C Sherwood Coasts
