You have to go back to Bill Murray in Caddyshack to think of military planning this poorly executed. I can see the Slickster in the Oval Office thinking "You got to think like a varmint, to defeat a varmint". I can also see him getting hot and bothered for the country club ladies while washing golf balls ("Bark like a dog for me").
