Jon: I seem to recall from a prior SI or Yahoo post that 5.75% (6% had been mentioned ballpark) was one of the relevant rates. It's not a new number, the question is whether it's accurate. As to the reduction to 4%, first that I've heard of that. Some one else had posted a couple of weeks ago that Q continues to earn royalties notwithstanding that the patent expires--do you have any knowledge of this?

Additional questions: In handset sales by Q and by third parties, respectively, what percentage of the handset price (to the distributor/system operator) is attributable to the ASIC, in each case? Rich_Janitor used a $15 pp. Is this ballpark?

For longterm Q hagfish, has Gregg, Mq, Art or others ever been aware of difficulties in licensee reporting of royalty bearing sales--i.e., underreporting, delayed reporting, cook books? Q's revenue recognition is in part dependant on its estimates on timing and volumes. Appreciate your input or that of any one else on the board. thank you. Regards. Liacos_samui
