Again we get into that discussion of when is insider selling significant---relative to insider shares held the selling is small and all in realm of raising cash for immediate personal cash needs--if I remember right the biggest sale was for about 90,000 dollars cash--my nephew is top-shot programmer in management R&D,and sometimes when he just needs cash he sells some stock--as we well know the Yuppie world is expensive:) Max
