Yeah, its not a bad deal.

Although the value of out of the money warrants have always been interesting to me. I think people often underestimate them.

If I was doing this deal, I would still immediately short the stock and thus lock in a small discount for my principle (assumming some slippage). Then, I will depend on my warrants to make any profits. They are at a premium, but they got more warrants than they bought shares. So, it wouldn't take much price appreciation to make a lot of money. And my short position protects most of my invested capital.

But, at least the investors must have some appreciation of MODA to make a profit.

Just my opinion,
