NEWS RELEASE: Feb. 25, 1997 The company announces it has arranged a private placement with an individual investor for the purchase of 600,000 units at a price of $.16 per unit for a total of $97,000. Each unit consists of one previously unissued common share in the capital stock of the company and one warrant to purchase an additional share of the company. The exercise price of the warrant is $.16 in the first year and $.18 in the second year. The Closing price of the company's shares on the preceding trading day was $.22. A finder's fee of 10% of the proceeds will be paid to Robert Cooles of London, England. The private placement is subject to VSE approval.
