Now what's the problem?

For so long, many on this forum had cited "poor natural gas prices" as the reason for the decline in the stock price.

Well, natural gas is back to US$2.14, and the stock has continued to tank. Watford had better do the sales job of his life on April 19th if this company even has a hope of making it.

Sorry if this post is perceived as "negative," but I have been patient for two years now, and have basically heard nothing but excuses concerning the poor management of this company.

BTW, if this is such a great play, why doesn't some major just buy them out right now? I don't believe any sort of "poison pill" exists in the financial structure of the company. If that is true, and this company does have that much "potential," it would appear logical that some larger company with the big bucks that actually knows what it is doing would move in and take over. The decision would be a no-brainer.
