My post was strictly about the news release so the above comment on your part was your innuendo if you think not than you need to re read my post.
I did as you asked, and re-read your post to me. Actually Alan, I think you may have had a sentence or two about CNHH in your post to me, but most of it was about you personally, why you do not like to post anymore, and your thoughts on IKAR and EUTO.
Well again I guess for myself I have had about enough of this nonsense of personal attacks...
You then asked my opinion of the CNHH news release, and I gave it to you. If you don't like it, I'm sorry, but you are the one who asked for it.
Don't think for one second that even though I have NOT posted on the stock threads for nearly a half a year that I have not seen YOU refer to me with innuendoes.
I wouldn't call it inuendo. I think I have been pretty clear in my statements or opinions about you and the way you operate. Besides, we all know you haven't been hiding ... you have been on Raging Bull anyway. Again, you are the one who asked my opinion. Did you do so because you wanted to know what it was, or did you do so to give yourself a basis to attack? You are no less guilty of personal attacks than anyone else here. We ALL do it.

I have plenty of friends who got burned by Midland too. Heck, I was burned by it! That is exactly why I said it is wise to be skeptical. But I still believe this product is real. That is my opinion, which you asked for.
A real newspaper would not have a headline reading as follows; ATT $ MCI MERGE in bold and then in the body of the text state but with the following conditions.....if they are not meet it's a NO go...
I disagree. I think newspapers jump the gun all the time. Besides, it sure beats a news release ten months down the road that says "Oops, we were wrong...in everything we have said for the last 10 months". We both know what that can do.

The only one who has mentioned backrubs was Bender, in a post to me. I'm not here to scratch anyone's back, nor do I expect anything from anyone here. Like I said, I own the stock, and I am watching the stock in light of the recent news. I believe my last purchase of the stock was well over a year ago.
The name calling has been going on for a very long time and if you wish to continue with it that is your choice... It can end here or continue.
Whatever....I believe that you asked my opinion, and when you didn't like it, you refuse to accept that there may actually be something here, and labeled it into "name-calling".
I don't think it is wise to put hopes in peoples minds when their is none. Gary seems confident or does he know something we don't... I have my doubt's.
Isn't that what one does each time a positive post is made on any stock? I am not putting hopes in anyone's mind. I believe in the product. You may or may not believe in it. The product is real, but whether or not it ends up in this company remains to be seen. That simple. One can either wait around and see, or not. I am choosing to wait around and see. If I was the company, and my IR did not seem confident, I would be getting a new IR. Maybe Gary does know something we don't. I would think that as IR he would have to know things before the rest of us, but again, you would have to ask him.
Best of luck with CNHH but from my perspective it has all the earmarks of another investigation. Especially when some pissed off MIDL holders see the release and justifiably show the SEC the comparison of it and DF-144 that was a big part of the MIDL halt.
Maybe, maybe not. Time will tell. If it is investigated and cleared, will your opinion of the company or the product change?

Now I don't know (and truly don't care) if you or the other two are DF affiliates or not. I'm pretty sure that there aren't too many people jumping up and down claiming to be DF affiliates with a 60+ million dollar judgement out there.
Let's face it Alan, you don't like me because I called Dusty a pissed off old lady, and I don't like you because I have seen you run too many stocks to many times and hurt too many people in the process, and you decided to stick your nose into a matter that didn't concern you in the slightest. When you do this, and then at the same time proclaim to be a religious man, it is offensive to me. Hypochristian is more like it.
What is comes down to is that if you want to live by the sword you have to be willing to die by the sword too.
