Although the future looks better than it did just a short while ago, I'm not celebrating until the co. can produce significant revenues from the properties that are already functioning. If that happens Luke can probably claim legitimacy as a top-notch CEO and that should drive the price up. Until then all we see is his ability to concoct complicated deals, and to borrow money. If money starts coming in to the hotel & casinos NUOA or OAIS or whatever we're called, will have some value to investors. Right now, every time some decent news appears and buyers come in to buy stock, plenty of shares pop up to keep the price between 2 & 4 cents. js
