Principally because I'm sitting here with a pile of this stuff. Based on what I've been able to get independently (the biggest missing piece is the 10-SB), I can't find a coherent business plan or sufficient financials to think I know whether the much-touted recent "events" are as potentially positive for the company as has been suggested on this thread.

It's not that there may not be both; part of the fault is in my not spending the time personally to retrieve the data from the SEC (something I hope to do by Thursday). But I haven't seen details of either on this thread. And the continued silence from Mr. LeBel (call me paranoid, I'm even getting queasy about his earlier posts) after promises of information is really unnerving.

This really isn't a good answer to what you've asked. It's just an effort to express my personal quandry: wanting to hear/see information to support some optimism vs. fear that the company's ineptitude in handling press and investor relations may be syumptomatic of more basic business deficiencies.

For me, what I can learn this week will determine whether I bail. I can handle information (good or bad) better than uncertainty.
