Wonder who would be dumb enough to sell AVAL at .21 on the last day of trading, when he just received a proxy package confirming that there will be a merger, and knowing that his stock will be bought for .25 in a couple of weeks if he dissents?? My conclusion: No one can be that stupid. The .21 prints must not be real trades, but instead a MM or two playing games to try to scare some dumb person into selling so they could cover a minor short position (say, 5-10,000 shares sold the other day at .28 or .30). But I just concluded that no one can be dumb enough to sell, so I wonder what will happen to that MM since AVAL is not permitted to issue any new shares. <ggg>

EDIT: Sharpe Securities just sold me 1,500 shares at .19! Go figure.
