He just seems to be sitting at both the bid and ask a bunch.

Another question for L2'ers out there... how come when I only see a couple hundred shares at the ask can a block of 5000 go through at the ask and not budge anything? Can you buy shares from a MM when they Don't have themselves listed on the L2? Just curious.
