Correction - your at the $7.50 level. They must have something happening behind the scenes or are people just starting to realize the potential for BLLS. I think they must have contracts to announce or something(maybe the two Texan utilities that were previously mentioned). Unfortunately, I don't expect to find the answer till next week. It's certainly a nice way to go into the weekend, all full of possibilities.
