Wow, it traded C$2.40 today! I am glad I took a chance and picked some up this morning. Of course it's never enough when it makes a move like this. I saw something interesting in the annual report. In their recent private placement, they issued 3.3 million units. Each unit sold for C$.90 and included a share of stock and a warrant with a strike of C$1.05. The warrants expire 4/17/99. I hate to be a pessimist, but I wonder if the impending expiration has something to do with the news releases. The holders of the warrants get a nice bonus, and the company reaps the benefits of the exercised warrants. Any thoughts?
