OK, if you are going to allow yourself to be in the line of fire why not make the reward be a cool million? It raises the stakes enough that a cadre of disgruntled generals just might take you up on it if their military continues to be destroyed. Anything less sounds like laughable chump change. A million is a magic number. Might as well go for full effect even if far fetched since the idea is to mark him not you. There was millions on the head of that Somali warlord and even that didn't have much effect. Best, Jimmy Liberato
