I didn't see that Yorkton was calling for $48.7M in sales next year. Even at 8 times sales and even with the 42M odd shares o/s after today's issue (fully diluted) this would signal an $9 stock. This could only happen, though, if its e.commerce site was up and running. That's probably why they raised this cash to make sure their site would be first class.
