They have a good underwriter, the market is going their way, and their target demographic should pull in some stock buyers. I want to see where the underwriter holds this deal, but I remember CLE back in 1996 when I first spotted it in Value Line. That stock worked out OK.

Beyond that, this deal is just another dot com. If it goes the wrong way, I'm dot gone.
