Matt Dillabough..You mentioned you can't believe things you're hearing within 3COM...don;t make me so nervous. Tell more. A little anyway. Also, will 3COM be a big player in the DSL modem alliances with telephony? Lastly, as bad as things sound (management included apparently), doesn't 3COM hold tremendous assests in the growing networking industry, i.e., to other companies interested in teaming up with or buying parts? Thanks!
