Dave, I also agree that this stock is a bargain at $1, but I believe that this stock will drift further below that point. A lot of big guns bought into this stock believing that the contracts would have been announced by now. When things don't happen as planned these guys get impatient and move on to their next prospect. Unless the company comes out with an announcement updating the negotiations or other positive news I believe that it is quite feasible that this stock will hit $.75 or so. When purchasing a lot of shares the difference between $1 and $.75 is quite large. From what I've been told everything should be completed between April and mid-May (hopefully sooner than later). If the price drifts to where I predict it will we could easily see a double,triple, or more by May if all goes as planned. Again only my personal opinion. Good luck. --Jason
