Michael, not sure what you've been reading, but demand just hasn't been the problem with any of the top suppliers. SEG, QNTM, ATYT, NVDA, TDFX, are all seeing healthy demand, but at this same time, cut throat price competition. DRAM is pretty much the same story. Wholesalers another story. The transition to direct by basically everyone will doom these guys. Gary
